【摘要】目的：分析綜合護理干預對肺結(jié)核合并糖尿病患者生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選取2022年11月—2023年3月期間我院收治的肺結(jié)核合并糖尿病患者68例為研究對象，隨機分為對照組（n=34，常規(guī)護理）和觀察組（n=34，綜合護理）。比較兩組血糖水平、痰菌轉(zhuǎn)陰率、病灶吸收率和生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：護理前，兩組血糖水平均相當（P>0.05）；護理后，觀察組血糖水平均低于對照組（P0.05）；護理后，觀察組SF-36評分均高于對照組（P
