【摘要】目的：分析在孕婦產(chǎn)前檢查中免疫檢驗和常規(guī)檢測的優(yōu)勢。方法：選取本院2020年8月—2022年8月收治的100例孕婦，分組方式為抽簽法。選取50例孕婦為參照組，實施常規(guī)檢測；選取50例孕婦為研究組，實施免疫檢驗。比較兩組實施后的效果（異常情況及高危妊娠結(jié)果）。結(jié)果：研究組乙型肝炎病毒陽性、微生物陽性、梅毒陽性、艾滋病陽性等總檢出率較參照組更高，兩組數(shù)據(jù)有較大差異，P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the advantages of immune testing and routine testing in prenatal examination of pregnant women.
