【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of community family doctor signing contract in chronic disease management of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods：100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the center from September 6，2021 to August 11，2022were randomly selected.According to the principle of voluntary signing，50 patients who received the contract from community family doctors were the observation group，and 50 patients who did not sign the contract and received routine follow-up management were the control group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The HbA1c and 2hPG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，P
