【摘要】目的：分析集束化護(hù)理預(yù)防重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科患者發(fā)生失禁性皮炎的效果。方法：選取我院重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科2020年1月—2022年12月收治的85例患者，隨機(jī)將其分成對照組和觀察組。前者開展常規(guī)護(hù)理，后者實(shí)施集束化護(hù)理。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組的護(hù)理滿意度明顯高于對照組（P0.05）；護(hù)理后，兩組生活質(zhì)量各維度評分均升高，且觀察組生活質(zhì)量各維度評分較對照組高（P
