【摘要】目的：研究在老年食管癌放療護(hù)理中應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化護(hù)理的臨床價值。方法：選取本院2020年12月—2022年12月78例老年食管癌放療患者，分組方式為抽簽法。選取39例患者為參照組，行常規(guī)護(hù)理；選取39例患者為研究組，行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化護(hù)理。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：參照組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率（17.95%）顯著高于研究組（2.56%），差異顯著，P0.05；護(hù)理后，研究組心理功能、軀體功能、社會功能和生理功能等生活質(zhì)量評分顯著高于參照組，差異顯著，P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the clinical value of standardized nursing in radiotherapy nursing of elderly esophageal cancer. Methods：78 elderly patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and grouped by the lottery method.39 patients were selected as the reference group and received routine nursing；39 patients were selected as the study group and received standardized nursing.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.
