心理護理干預對婚前檢查乙型肝炎患者的影響

【摘要】目的：分析心理護理干預對婚前檢查乙型肝炎患者的影響。方法：選取我院2021年3月—2022年3月進行婚前檢查的80例乙型肝炎患者，隨機將其分成為兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)護理，觀察組采取心理護理干預。結果：護理前，兩組的軀體化癥狀、強迫癥狀、人際敏感、抑郁心理、敵對情緒、焦慮心理、恐怖情緒、精神癥狀和偏執(zhí)情緒評分無明顯差異（P>0.05），護理后，兩組的軀體化癥狀、強迫癥狀、人際敏感、抑郁心理、敵對情緒、焦慮心理、恐怖情緒、精神癥狀和偏執(zhí)情緒評分均明顯降低（P

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on hepatitis B patients underwent premarital examination

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on hepatitis B patients underwent premarital examination. Methods： 80 patients with hepatitis B who underwent premarital examination in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received psychological nursing intervention. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in the scores of somatization symptoms， obsessive compulsive symptoms， interpersonal sensitivity， depression， hostility， anxiety， phobia， mental symptoms and paranoia between the two groups （P>0.05）.
