綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖的影響

【摘要】目的：研究綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖的影響。方法：選取本院中西醫(yī)結(jié)合內(nèi)科于2021年1月—2022年10月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者60例，分為對(duì)照組（30例，常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)）和觀察組（30例，綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)）。結(jié)果：綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)下早飯后2h血糖、午飯后2h血糖、晚飯后2h血糖低于常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，用藥知識(shí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)知識(shí)、飲食知識(shí)評(píng)分高于常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，癥狀管理、共性管理評(píng)分高于常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，早產(chǎn)、巨大兒、宮內(nèi)窘迫、新生兒窒息總發(fā)生率低于常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，對(duì)比結(jié)果差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods： Sixty patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group （30 cases， routine nursing intervention） and observation group （30 cases， comprehensive nursing intervention）. Results： Under comprehensive nursing intervention， 2h blood glucose after breakfast， lunch and dinner was lower than that of conventional nursing intervention， scores of knowledge of medication， exercise and diet were higher than that of conventional nursing intervention， scores of symptom management and common management were higher than that of conventional nursing intervention， and the total incidence of premature delivery， macrobaby， intrauterine distress and neonatal asphyxia were lower than that of conventional nursing intervention.
