【摘要】目的：探討在冠心病老年患者護(hù)理中輔以個(gè)性化護(hù)理，對(duì)護(hù)理質(zhì)量的影響。方法：試驗(yàn)者是2022年1月—2023年1月在醫(yī)院治療的冠心病老年患者88例，以入院時(shí)間分組，將接受常規(guī)護(hù)理指導(dǎo)的44例患者設(shè)為對(duì)照組，另一組設(shè)為觀察組，患者總數(shù)為44例，護(hù)理方案為個(gè)性化護(hù)理，比對(duì)護(hù)理有效性。結(jié)果：觀察組遵醫(yī)行為評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the influence of personalized nursing on nursing quality in nursing care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. 冠心病屬于臨床上常見(jiàn)心血管疾病類型，老年人作為主要的患病群體，主要是因冠狀動(dòng)脈血管出現(xiàn)粥樣硬化所致血管發(fā)生堵塞或者狹窄情況，使得心肌因長(zhǎng)時(shí)間處于缺血、缺氧狀態(tài)而形成心臟病，此疾病發(fā)生與吸煙、大量飲酒、情緒過(guò)度激動(dòng)等有關(guān)[1]。（剩余3992字）
