【摘要】目的：分析孟魯司特聯(lián)合舒利迭對(duì)支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作的臨床效果。方法：選取我院2020年1月—2023年1月的120例支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作患者，隨機(jī)將其分成為兩組。對(duì)照組單用舒利迭，觀察組聯(lián)用孟魯司特。結(jié)果：觀察組的有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組（P0.05），治療后，兩組的咳嗽、食欲不振、喘憋和呼吸困難評(píng)分均明顯降低（P0.05），治療后，兩組的FEV1/FVC、MVV、MMF和PEF均明顯改善（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of montelukast combined with seretide on acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods：120 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with seretide alone， and the observation group was treated with montelukast. Results：The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 0.05）.
