【摘要】目的：分析手術(shù)室無縫隙護(hù)理結(jié)合舒適護(hù)理對(duì)剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦分娩恐懼感及舒適性的影響。方法：選取2022年3月—2023年1月于醫(yī)院分娩的剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦200例，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組，即對(duì)照組100例，應(yīng)用手術(shù)室無縫隙護(hù)理；觀察組100例，在此基礎(chǔ)上另采用舒適護(hù)理；對(duì)比兩組分娩恐懼感及分娩舒適性。結(jié)果：觀察組護(hù)理后分娩恐懼量表（CAQ）低于對(duì)照組，分娩體驗(yàn)感自我能力、專業(yè)支持、自我感知、參與感高于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of seamless nursing combined with comfortable nursing in the operating room on the fear and comfort of childbirth in women undergoing caesarean section. Methods：A total of 200 women who delivered in hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the random number table method， namely 100 cases in the control group， and the operating room seamless nursing was applied. 100 cases in the observation group， on the basis of which comfort care was adopted； The two groups were compared with fear of childbirth and comfort in childbirth.
