Analysis of the application effect of high-quality nursing management mode in surgical nursing

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing management mode applied to surgical nursing. Methods：A total of 100 inpatients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects. 外科是一種以手術(shù)切除治療為主的一個專業(yè)科室，外科科室接收的病人多遭遇突發(fā)性創(chuàng)傷，或是身體系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)嚴重問題，需要通過手術(shù)的方式進行治療，因此患者會面臨嚴重的身心創(chuàng)傷，疼痛感大多十分明顯，患者的醫(yī)療配合能力較差，若不針對患者身心依從性進行干預(yù)，會嚴重影響醫(yī)療服務(wù)效率及質(zhì)量，鑒于此，護理人員必須在外科護理中發(fā)揮自身作用[1]。（剩余3994字）
