【摘要】目的：探討鹽酸左氧氟沙星+抗生素，在盆腔炎中的治療效果。方法：選取我院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的120例患者，采取數(shù)字表法分為常規(guī)組與聯(lián)合組，各60例。其中常規(guī)組行單一治療，聯(lián)合組給予抗生素+鹽酸左氧氟沙星，對比兩組血T細胞亞群、療效、不良反應(yīng)和臨床指標。結(jié)果：以上指標分析，常規(guī)組低于聯(lián)合組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride and antibiotics in pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods：A total of 120 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into conventional group and combined group by digital table method， with 60 cases in each group.
