桂枝加龍骨牡蠣湯加減治療蕁麻疹的臨床療效及安全性分析

【摘要】目的：分析對蕁麻疹患者予以桂枝加龍骨牡蠣湯加減治療的安全性和有效性。方法：分析對象選自于2021年10月—2022年10月在我院就診的蕁麻疹患者76例，隨機方法分組分析，38例予以常規(guī)治療者納入對照組，38例予以桂枝加龍骨牡蠣湯加減治療者納入試驗組，對治療效果進行對比和分析。結果：與對照組患者（不良反應28.95%）對比，試驗組治療安全性（不良反應5.26%）較高（P0.05）；與對照組患者對比，試驗組治療后中醫(yī)癥狀積分（1.97±0.05）分明顯較低，住院時間（10.10±0.55）d明顯較短（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the safety and effectiveness of Guizhi and Keel Oyster decoction in the treatment of urticaria. Methods： The analysis objects were selected from 76 patients with urticaria treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022， and were randomly grouped. 38 patients receiving conventional treatment were included in the control group， and 38 patients receiving Guizhi and Kegu oyster decoction plus or without treatment were included in the experimental group， and the therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed.
