乳腺微小鈣化臨床診斷中淺表超聲檢查的應(yīng)用效果評估

【摘要】目的:評估淺表超聲檢查在乳腺微小鈣化診斷中的應(yīng)用價值。方法:評估對象選擇于2021年12月—2022年12月就診于我院的200例乳腺腫塊患者,均予以病理檢查和淺表超聲檢查,對診斷結(jié)果進行對比和觀察。結(jié)果:通過病理診斷,良性腫瘤152例,惡性腫瘤48例,通過淺表超聲檢查,良性腫瘤154例,150例準確,惡性腫瘤46例,45例準確,淺表超聲檢查的準確率、特異度和靈敏度分別為97.50%、98.68%、91.67%,在準確率、特異度和靈敏度方面淺表超聲和病理檢查對比(P>0.05);與良性病變比較,惡性病變微小鈣化發(fā)生率較高(P

Evaluation of application effect of superficial ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of breast microcalcification

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the application value of superficial ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast microcalcification. Methods: The evaluation objects were selected from 200 patients with breast mass who were admitted to our hospital from February 12 to February 12, 2016. Pathological examination and superficial ultrasound examination were performed for all patients, and the diagnosis results were compared and observed. Results: According to pathological diagnosis, 152 cases of benign tumor and 48 cases of malignant tumor were diagnosed. Superficial ultrasound examination showed 154 cases of benign tumor, 150 cases were accurate, 46 cases of malignant tumor, 45 cases were accurate. The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of superficial ultrasound examination were 97.50%, 98.68% and 91.67%, respectively.
