【摘要】目的：分析精細(xì)化護(hù)理對支原體肺炎患兒的影響。方法：選取我院2019年7月—2022年7月的70例支原體肺炎患兒，隨機(jī)將其分成兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取精細(xì)化護(hù)理。結(jié)果：觀察組的退熱時(shí)間、肺部陰影消失時(shí)間、氣促消失時(shí)間、肺部濕啰音消失時(shí)間、咳嗽消失時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間和心率恢復(fù)時(shí)間明顯短于對照組（P0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組患兒的兩組社會(huì)功能評分、情感功能評分、角色功能評分和生理功能評分對比明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the influence of fine nursing on children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods： 70 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received fine nursing. Results： The antipyretic time， disappearance time of lung shadow， disappearance time of dyspnea， disappearance time of lung moist rale， disappearance time of cough， hospitalization time and recovery time of heart rate in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P0.05）.
