陰道鏡下宮頸環(huán)形電切術(shù)治療宮頸低級別鱗狀上皮內(nèi)病變患者的臨床效果

【摘要】目的：分析在宮頸低級別鱗狀上皮內(nèi)病變治療中應(yīng)用陰道鏡下宮頸環(huán)形電切術(shù)的治療效果。方法：從我院2021年8月—2022年8月這一段時間內(nèi)隨機(jī)選取60例宮頸低級別鱗狀上皮內(nèi)病變患者，并將其劃分成實驗組和對照組，各組患者分別為30例，比較兩組患者采用不同治療方式的臨床效果差異。結(jié)果：實驗組患者治療效果、圍術(shù)期指標(biāo)、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、隨訪期間患者HPV轉(zhuǎn)陰率和妊娠率、宮頸成型率等指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of colelectrootomy in the treatment of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions. Methods： 60 patients of cervical low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions were randomly selected from August 2021 to August 2022， and divided into experimental group and control group. 30 patients in each group were respectively. 子宮鱗狀上皮內(nèi)病變是從復(fù)層鱗狀上皮深層細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生的異常變化開始逐漸延伸到上皮全層細(xì)胞的顯著癌變過程，是一種癌前病變表現(xiàn)，其不僅可能進(jìn)展成宮頸浸潤癌，也可能會回歸到正常上皮，一般輕度病變或是中度病變在刺激下可能會停止進(jìn)展甚至逆轉(zhuǎn)成正常上皮，但是也可能會受到刺激而演變成重度病變。（剩余4019字）
