【摘要】目的：分析安全護理在慢阻肺患者護理中的應(yīng)用價值。方法：選取我院2019年7月—2022年7月的200例慢阻肺患者，隨機將其分為兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)護理，觀察組采取安全護理。結(jié)果：護理前，兩組的心理健康度、社會關(guān)系、生活環(huán)境滿意度、精神健康和獨立能力評分無明顯差異（P>0.05），護理后，兩組的心理健康度、社會關(guān)系、生活環(huán)境滿意度、精神健康和獨立能力評分均明顯升高（P0.05），護理后，兩組的FEV1 /FVC、VCmax、MVV和FEV1%預(yù)期值均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application value of safety nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods： 200 patients with COPD in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received safety nursing. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in the scores of mental health， social relations， satisfaction with living environment， mental health and independence between the two groups （P>0.05）. After nursing， the scores of mental health， social relationship， satisfaction with living environment， mental health and independence ability of the two groups were significantly increased （P0.05）.
