血液透析預(yù)防性抗凝致肝素誘導(dǎo)性血小板減少癥1例

【摘要】肝素誘導(dǎo)性血小板減少癥是一種由藥物免疫介導(dǎo)的不良反應(yīng)引起的血小板減少，臨床主要表現(xiàn)為血小板計(jì)數(shù)減低，伴或不伴有血栓形成。本文回顧2022年10月17日于浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬邵逸夫醫(yī)院就診治療中發(fā)現(xiàn)的肝素誘導(dǎo)性血小板減少癥1例，并文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)。

Heparin induced thrombocytopenia caused by preventive anticoagulation in hemodialysis： a case report

【Abstract】Heparin induced thrombocytopenia is a kind of thrombocytopenia caused by adverse reactions mediated by drug immunity. Its clinical manifestations are mainly decreased platelet count with or without thrombosis. A case of heparin induced thrombocytopenia was found in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine on October 17， 2022， and the literature was reviewed.
