心理護(hù)理干預(yù)對妊娠劇吐患者的效果評價

【摘要】目的：探討心理干預(yù)對妊娠劇吐患者的影響。方法：選取2021年4月—2022年4月本院收治的70例妊娠劇吐患者，應(yīng)用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法，隨機(jī)均分為兩組，對照組患者（n=35）用常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組患者（n=35）則在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上運用心理護(hù)理，評價兩組患者護(hù)理后效果。結(jié)果：兩組患者經(jīng)過護(hù)理干預(yù)后，觀察組滿意度（94.29%）高于對照組（77.14%）；觀察組癥狀緩解率（100.00%）高于對照組（82.86%）；觀察組焦慮評分（35.26±5.12）分、抑郁評分（35.89±5.22）分低于對照組的（44.78±5.56）分﹑（44.26±5.64）分，差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

Effect evaluation of psychological nursing intervention on patients with hyperemesis gravidarum

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the influence of psychological intervention on hyperemesis gravidarum patients. Methods： 70 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method. Patients in the control group （n=35） were treated with routine nursing， and patients in the observation group （n=35） were treated with psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing， and the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was evaluated. Results： After nursing intervention， the satisfaction of observation group （94.29%） was higher than that of control group （77.14%）. The symptom remission rate of observation group （100.00%） was higher than that of control group （82.86%）. Anxiety score （35.26±5.12） and depression score （35.89±5.22） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （44.78±5.56） and （44.26±5.64）， and the difference was statistically significant （P
