【摘要】目的：分析責(zé)任分組護(hù)理在開放式精神病區(qū)護(hù)理管理中的效果。方法：本次研究納入的對(duì)象共90例，均為我院收治的精神病患者，隨機(jī)將患者分為45例對(duì)照組、45例觀察組，實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理的劃分入對(duì)照組，實(shí)施責(zé)任分組護(hù)理的劃分入觀察組，比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：比較對(duì)照組、觀察組精神病性癥狀嚴(yán)重程度，在護(hù)理前，兩組BPRS評(píng)分差異不明顯（P>0.05），兩組在護(hù)理后，兩組上述各評(píng)分均呈下降趨勢(shì)，且觀察組評(píng)分更低，差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of responsibility grouping nursing in nursing management of open psychiatric ward. Methods A total of 90 patients were included in this study， all of whom were psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into 45 control groups and 45 observation groups. Those who performed routine nursing were divided into control groups and those who performed responsibility group nursing were divided into observation groups. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Comparing the severity of psychotic symptoms between the control group and the observation group， there was no significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups before nursing（P>0.05）. After nursing， the above scores of the two groups showed a downward trend， and the observation group scored lower， with a significant difference（P
