個性化護理對胎膜早破產(chǎn)婦精神狀態(tài)及圍產(chǎn)結(jié)局影響評價研究

【摘要】目的：探討和評價個性化護理對胎膜早破產(chǎn)婦精神狀態(tài)及圍產(chǎn)結(jié)局影響。方法：選取2020年8月—2021年8月本院收治的52例胎膜早破產(chǎn)婦，隨機分為兩組，對照組產(chǎn)婦實施常規(guī)護理，觀察組產(chǎn)婦實施個性化護理，比較兩種護理手段對產(chǎn)婦心理狀態(tài)及分娩結(jié)局的影響。結(jié)果：干預前，兩組產(chǎn)婦心理狀態(tài)評分比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P>0.05）；干預后，觀察組產(chǎn)婦焦慮評分、抑郁評分，與對照組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（t=0.157、13.626、0.225、11.611，P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and evaluate the impact of personalized nursing on the mental state and perinatal outcome of women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods： From August 2020 to August 2021， 52 cases of parturient premature rupture of membrane in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given personalized nursing. The effects of two nursing methods on the psychological state of parturient and delivery outcome were compared. Results： Before intervention， there was no statistically significant difference in psychological state scores between the two groups（P>0.05）. 胎膜早破與生殖道感染、胎膜受力不均、孕婦腹部遭受強烈撞擊、營養(yǎng)素缺乏等因素有關，近年來產(chǎn)科發(fā)生胎膜早破的發(fā)病率持續(xù)攀升，嚴重影響到母體和胎兒的健康，若不及時進行干預，容易加劇母體宮內(nèi)感染風險、胎盤早剝，容易引發(fā)早產(chǎn)兒、臍帶脫垂和受壓等不良結(jié)局。（剩余3442字）
