【摘要】目的：探討早期康復(fù)護(hù)理在腦卒中吞咽障礙患者中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選取100例腦卒中后吞咽障礙患者，其在我院進(jìn)行診治的時(shí)間為2017年11月—2020年11月，將受試者根據(jù)電腦盲選法進(jìn)行分組，各50例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理，研究組則聯(lián)合開展早期康復(fù)護(hù)理。將兩組最終的護(hù)理效果加以分析和比較。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組護(hù)理總有效率（76.00%）相比，研究組患者（92.00%）更高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods： A total of 100 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected， and the time of diagnosis and treatment in our hospital was from November 2017 to November 2020， and the subjects were divided into groups according to the computer blind selection method， 50 cases in each group. 在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病中，腦卒中屬于較為常見的類型之一，主要因急性腦循環(huán)障礙所致，雖然大對(duì)患者能夠搶救成功，但是會(huì)常伴有語言、認(rèn)知、運(yùn)動(dòng)、吞咽等功能障礙，其中吞咽障礙的發(fā)生率約為27%～85%，若未及時(shí)干預(yù)不僅會(huì)引起嗆咳、誤吸等不良事件，使患者的生活質(zhì)量下降，甚至?xí)蛭胄苑窝住⒌偷鞍籽Y等對(duì)患者的生命安全產(chǎn)生一定的威脅[1]。（剩余4469字）
