超聲引導(dǎo)下穿刺活檢在乳腺小腫塊診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值

【摘要】目的：探討在乳腺小腫塊診斷中應(yīng)用超聲引導(dǎo)下穿刺活檢的效果。方法：將我院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的62例乳腺小腫塊患者均行超聲引導(dǎo)下穿刺活檢，最終以手術(shù)病理檢查為診斷依據(jù)，分析其診斷結(jié)果及影像學(xué)特征。結(jié)果：在62例患者中，最終經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)良性腫塊51例，惡性腫塊11例，超聲引導(dǎo)下穿刺活檢檢出良性腫塊50例，惡性腫塊12例，診斷靈敏性為96.08%（49/51），特異性為90.91%（10/11），準(zhǔn)確性為95.16%（59/62），故超聲引導(dǎo)下穿刺活檢結(jié)果與術(shù)后病理結(jié)果比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P>0.05）；超聲顯示惡性腫塊的血流速度峰值及阻力指數(shù)均顯著高于良性腫塊（P

Application value of ultrasound-guided needle biopsy in the diagnosis of small breast masses

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided needle biopsy in the diagnosis of small breast masses. Methods： A total of 62 patients with small breast lumps admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 underwent ultrasound-guided needle biopsy， and finally based on surgical and pathological examination， the diagnostic results and imaging characteristics were analyzed. Result： Among the 62 patients， 51 benign masses and 11 malignant masses were finally confirmed by operation and pathology. Ultrasound-guided needle biopsy detected benign masses in 50 cases and malignant masses in 12 cases. The diagnostic sensitivity was 96.08% （49/51）， the specificity was 90.91% （10/11）， and the accuracy was 95.16% （59/62）， so there was no statistical difference between the results of ultrasoundguided needle biopsy and postoperative pathological results（P>0.05）.
