責(zé)任制護(hù)理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的應(yīng)用效果觀察

【摘要】目的：觀察妊娠期糖尿病患者應(yīng)用責(zé)任制護(hù)理應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取本院2020年8月—2021年8月收治的78例妊娠期糖尿病患者，應(yīng)用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為兩組，其中對(duì)照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組行責(zé)任制護(hù)理。對(duì)比分析兩組血糖控制情況﹑不良妊娠結(jié)局情況。結(jié)果：觀察組空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖低于對(duì)照組，不良妊娠結(jié)局率低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Observation on the application effect of responsibility nursing in patients with gestational diabetes

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the effect of responsibility nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods： 78 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received responsibility nursing.
