【摘要】目的：探究肺挫傷合并肋骨骨折患者的臨床護理具體措施并分析其護理效果。方法：將76例肺挫傷合并肋骨骨折患者分為對照組和實驗組，每組38例，對照組采用基礎護理，實驗組在此之上又添加綜合護理干預，將兩組的護理指標變化、發(fā)生的不良事件以及護理的滿意度作為觀察指標進行分析。結果：實驗組的VAS評分、HAMA得分相比于對照組均有明顯的減少，并且機械通氣、下床活動、胸腔引流和住院所用時均比對照組有很大程度的縮短（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the specific clinical nursing measures of patients with pulmonary contusion combined with rib fracture and analyze the nursing effect. Methods： 76 patients with pulmonary contusion combined with rib fracture were divided into control group and experimental group， 38 cases in each group. The control group used basic nursing， and the experimental group added comprehensive nursing intervention.
