【摘要】目的：探討對呼吸衰竭有創(chuàng)通氣患者實施舒適護理的干預效果。方法：110例呼吸衰竭有創(chuàng)機械通氣患者均選自我院ICU病房，將患者進行隨機分組，各55例，對照組患者給予常規(guī)護理，研究組患者則聯(lián)合實施舒適護理，評價兩組患者呼吸功能、治療配合度、ICU停留時間及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結果：研究組患者氣道峰壓較對照組更低，用力呼氣量、肺活量及潮氣量較對照組更高，兩組之間相比差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the intervention effect of comfort nursing on patients with respiratory failure with invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods： 110 patients with respiratory failure with invasive mechanical ventilation were selected from the ICU ward of our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into 55 cases each.
