正畸-牙周聯(lián)合治療前牙錯(cuò)頜畸形伴中重度牙周病的效果及牙周狀況影響評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】目的：探討正畸-牙周聯(lián)合治療前牙錯(cuò)頜畸形伴中重度牙周病的效果及牙周狀況影響。方法：2019年1月—2021年12月，選取70例前牙錯(cuò)頜畸形伴中重度牙周病患者，對照組（35例），用常規(guī)治療，觀察組（35例），正畸-牙周聯(lián)合治療，分析兩組的治療效果，牙周功能。結(jié)果：兩組經(jīng)過治療后統(tǒng)計(jì)療效發(fā)現(xiàn)觀察組的治療有效率比對照組有顯著的升高（91.43% VS 68.57%），數(shù)據(jù)差距分析得出有顯著性的結(jié)論（P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of combined orthodontic-periodontal treatment for anterior malocclusion with moderate to severe periodontal disease and the effect of periodontal status. Methods： From January 2019 to December 2021， 70 patients with anterior malocclusion and moderate to severe periodontal disease were selected. The control group （35 cases） received conventional treatment. The observation group （35 cases） was treated with orthodontic-periodontal treatment. The treatment effect and periodontal function of the two groups were analyzed.
