帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛患者實施改良胸椎旁神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉治療的臨床效果評價

【摘要】目的：探討及研究帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛患者應(yīng)用胸椎旁神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉治療的有效性。方法：本次將抽取帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛患者共計100例，入組后將采用雙盲法分配小組，改良組采用改良胸椎旁神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉治療，基礎(chǔ)組應(yīng)用硬膜外神經(jīng)阻滯，對比治療效果、患者治療前后疼痛評分及生活質(zhì)量評分。結(jié)果：改良組治療效果對比基礎(chǔ)組，對比優(yōu)勢明顯（P0.05），治療后1d、7d、14d、30d，改良組疼痛評分更低，存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)對比意義（P0.05），治療后1d、7d、14d、30d，改良組生活質(zhì)量評分高于基礎(chǔ)組，有對比意義（P

Evaluation of clinical effect of modified thoracic paravertebral nerve block anesthesia in patients with postherpetic neuralgia

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of parathoracic nerve block anesthesia in patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods： a total of 100 patients with postherpetic neuralgia will be selected. After entering the group， they will be divided into groups by double-blind method. The improved group will be treated with improved parathoracic nerve block anesthesia， and the basic group will be treated with epidural nerve block. The treatment effect， pain score and quality of life score of patients before and after treatment will be compared. Results： the treatment effect of the improved group was significantly better than that of the basic group（P0.05）.
