【摘要】目的：探討陰道分娩與剖宮產(chǎn)對瘢痕子宮再次妊娠產(chǎn)婦母嬰結(jié)局的影響。方法：選取86例瘢痕子宮再次妊娠產(chǎn)婦為研究對象，根據(jù)隨機(jī)抽簽法進(jìn)行分組。對照組與研究組產(chǎn)婦分別行再次剖宮產(chǎn)及陰道分娩。對比兩組產(chǎn)婦的分娩情況、各應(yīng)激反應(yīng)指標(biāo)變化及母嬰結(jié)局。結(jié)果：研究組產(chǎn)中出血量及住院時(shí)間較對照組更少，產(chǎn)程時(shí)間較對照組更長，新生兒出生后5min及10min時(shí)新生兒Apgar評分較對照組更高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of vaginal delivery and repeat cesarean section on maternal and infant outcomes of repregnancy with scar uterus. Methods： A total of 86 pregnant women with scarred uterus were selected as the research objects， and they were divided into groups according to the random drawing method. The puerperae in the control group and the study group underwent repeat cesarean section and vaginal delivery， respectively. The delivery status， changes of stress response indicators and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with the control group， the intrapartum hemorrhage volume and hospital stay in the study group were less， the labor process time was longer than that in the control group， and the neonatal Apgar score was higher at 5 and 10 minutes after birth（P

瘢痕子宮是因子宮手術(shù)而導(dǎo)致形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)改變并由組織修復(fù)而形成的瘢痕，近年來隨著國家生育政策的調(diào)整及剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)指征的放寬，瘢痕子宮再次妊娠產(chǎn)婦在產(chǎn)科臨床的占比也逐年增加，在一定程度上增加了子宮破裂、大出血等不良事件的發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，常給母嬰結(jié)局造成不利影響[1]。（剩余4094字）
