氫氧化鈣制劑治療牙體牙髓疾病效果及疾病改善情況、疼痛評(píng)分分析

【摘要】目的：對(duì)氫氧化鈣制劑治療牙體牙髓疾病效果及疾病改善情況、疼痛評(píng)分進(jìn)行分析。方法：2019年1月—2021年12月，選70例牙體牙髓疾病患者，隨機(jī)分成兩組，研究組（35例），實(shí)施氫氧化鈣制劑治療，對(duì)照組（35例），實(shí)施樟腦酚治療，比較兩組的治療效果、疾病改善情況及疼痛評(píng)分。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組相比，研究組的治療總有效率更高，治療后的VAS、牙齒活動(dòng)度評(píng)分顯著降低，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率降低，牙齒美觀性、咀嚼功能、牙齒咬合度、基牙健康程度評(píng)分明顯提高，SBI、CAL、PPD、BOP指標(biāo)也均顯著降低（P

Effect of calcium hydroxide preparation on dental pulp diseases and analysis of disease improvement and pain score

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect， disease improvement and pain score of calcium hydroxide preparation in the treatment of dental pulp diseases. Methods：From January 2019 to December 2021， 70 patients with dental pulp diseases were randomly divided into two groups. The study group（35cases） was treated with calcium hydroxide preparation. The control group （35cases） was treated with camphorol. The treatment effect， disease improvement and pain score were compared between the two groups.
