終止早期妊娠采用藥物流產(chǎn)與人工流產(chǎn)的效果研究

【摘要】目的：明確人工流產(chǎn)與藥物流產(chǎn)的效果差異。方法：篩選70例終止早期妊娠女性（2019年8月—2021年8月），根據(jù)孕婦意愿，將其分為觀察組（人工流產(chǎn)負壓吸引術(shù)）和對照組（藥物流產(chǎn)），各35例，對比兩組流產(chǎn)效果。結(jié)果：觀察組（100.00%）流產(chǎn)率高于對照組（85.71%），且觀察組（5.71%）不良事件發(fā)生率低于對照組（22.86%），有統(tǒng)計學意義（P>0.05）；相較于對照組，觀察組陰道出血量更少、陰道出血時間更短，但VAS評分更高，有統(tǒng)計學意義（P
