【摘要】目的：分析在新生兒護(hù)理期間應(yīng)用音樂配合先俯后仰臥位撫觸所取得的護(hù)理效果。方法：在2020年1月—2022年1月期間選取90例新生兒作為研究對象分為兩組，對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，研究組音樂配合先俯后仰臥位撫觸護(hù)理，對比護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：研究組哭鬧率低于對照組；研究組首次排便與胎便轉(zhuǎn)黃用時均短于對照組；研究組經(jīng)皮黃疸指數(shù)低于對照組；研究組高膽紅素血癥率低于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計價值（P

Analysis of the value of music combined with first prone and then supine stroking in neonatal nursing

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of applying music and touching in the supine position first during neonatal nursing. Methods： From January 2020 to January 2022， 90 neonates were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care， and the research group received music combined with stroking nursing in prone position and then supine position， and the nursing effects were compared.
