【摘要】目的：探討孕期規(guī)范化管理對(duì)妊娠期糖尿?。℅DM）高危產(chǎn)婦血糖控制及妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法：抽取本院收治的96例GDM高危產(chǎn)婦為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組48例在孕期實(shí)施常規(guī)管理，觀察組48例在孕期實(shí)施孕期規(guī)范化管理。對(duì)比兩組產(chǎn)婦的血糖控制情況、妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果：管理前，兩組產(chǎn)婦的血糖指標(biāo)對(duì)比差異均不顯著（P>0.05）；管理后，觀察組產(chǎn)婦血糖指標(biāo)低于對(duì)照組（P
