【摘要】目的：分析經(jīng)陰道彩色多普勒超聲在不孕癥婦女子宮內(nèi)膜容受性及子宮動脈血流動力學檢測中的應用觀察。方法：選取我院190例不孕癥患者及體檢中心190例育齡期健康女性，分別統(tǒng)計超聲檢查后的子宮內(nèi)膜容受性、PI、PsV與RI指標。結(jié)果：實驗組對象在月經(jīng)第8d、15d及22d的子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、子宮內(nèi)膜類型為A型和子宮內(nèi)膜容積≥2mL的比例均明顯低于參照組（P
