瘢痕子宮剖宮產(chǎn)圍術(shù)期全面護(hù)理對(duì)母嬰結(jié)局的影響分析

【摘要】目的：分析在瘢痕子宮剖宮產(chǎn)圍術(shù)期病人進(jìn)行全方面護(hù)理的護(hù)理情況還有母嬰結(jié)局進(jìn)行討論。方法：把我們醫(yī)院2017年1月—12月的瘢痕子宮剖宮產(chǎn)圍術(shù)期病人作為這次的研究對(duì)象，一共有160例，隨機(jī)分成兩組，對(duì)兩組病人用不一樣的護(hù)理方法，然后比較他們的行為、手術(shù)后的副作用以及母親和嬰兒的結(jié)果。結(jié)果：觀察組的手術(shù)時(shí)間和持續(xù)時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，出血率低于對(duì)照組的患者數(shù)量；觀察組病人的不良反應(yīng)出現(xiàn)例數(shù)要比對(duì)照組少；觀察組的患者還有嬰兒的結(jié)局要比對(duì)照組好，數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：to analyze the nursing situation of all-round nursing in the perioperative period of cesarean section of scar uterus and discuss the outcome of mother and baby.Methods：a total of 160 patients with scar uterus during cesarean section in our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were treated with different nursing methods， and then their operation progress， adverse events after operation and maternal and infant outcomes were compared.Results：the operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group， and the amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group； The number of adverse reactions in the observation group was less than that in the control group； The outcome of patients and infants in the observation group was better than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P
