中醫(yī)正骨松解手法用于踝關(guān)節(jié)術(shù)后對(duì)患者功能恢復(fù)的影響研究

【摘要】目的：探討中醫(yī)正骨松解手法在促進(jìn)踝關(guān)節(jié)手術(shù)患者術(shù)后功能恢復(fù)的影響。方法：采取數(shù)字隨機(jī)法將我院收治的110例踝關(guān)節(jié)骨折術(shù)后患者分成甲乙兩組各55例，分別給予其術(shù)后常規(guī)護(hù)理與中醫(yī)正骨松解手法干預(yù)，對(duì)比分析兩組患者術(shù)后肢體功能改善情況。結(jié)果：甲組治療優(yōu)良率為78.18%，同乙組的94.55%比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05），而經(jīng)對(duì)應(yīng)治療后，兩組患者兩項(xiàng)評(píng)分均顯著增高，且乙組增高幅度更為顯著，同甲組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

在人體各關(guān)節(jié)中，踝關(guān)節(jié)承載著機(jī)體大量負(fù)荷與足部運(yùn)動(dòng)、血液循環(huán)，針對(duì)外傷或其它原因造成的踝關(guān)節(jié)骨折，臨床多采用手術(shù)治療，但是，手術(shù)雖能固定患者骨折部位以促進(jìn)其骨骼再次生長(zhǎng)，卻無(wú)法有效復(fù)位肢體軟組織，從而使得踝關(guān)節(jié)骨折患者在術(shù)后其關(guān)節(jié)功能，普遍無(wú)法得到較好的恢復(fù)。（剩余3185字）
