【摘要】目的：分析乙肝疫苗納入免疫規(guī)劃管理后對(duì)兒童乙肝表面抗原陽性率、血清學(xué)的影響。方法：2002年1月前，乙肝疫苗未納入兒童免疫規(guī)劃管理，選擇此階段接診的兒童39例，設(shè)定為對(duì)照組，另選取2018年1月—2020年1月接診的兒童39例，設(shè)定為試驗(yàn)組，統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組兒童乙肝表面抗原陽性率和血清學(xué)情況。結(jié)果：試驗(yàn)組全程接種率為100.00%，高于對(duì)照組89.74%（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of hepatitis B vaccine on the positive rate and serology of hepatitis B surface antigen in children after being included in immunization program management. Methods： Before January 2002， hepatitis B vaccine was not included in the management of children’s immunization program， and 39 children admitted at this stage were selected as the control group. Another 39 children who were admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the experimental group. The positive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen and the serological status of the two groups of children were compared.
