戊酸雌二醇片聯(lián)合麒麟丸治療月經(jīng)不調(diào)的臨床效果觀察

【摘要】目的：探討戊酸雌二醇片聯(lián)合麒麟丸治療月經(jīng)不調(diào)的臨床效果。方法：選取2018年1月—2021年10月我院收治的100例月經(jīng)不調(diào)患者，隨機(jī)分成兩組。對(duì)照組患者在飯后溫水服用戊酸雌二醇片，每天一次，每次兩片。觀察組聯(lián)合服用麒麟丸，每天三次，每次6g，觀察兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組的有效率和對(duì)照組相比有顯著的增長(zhǎng)（P0.05），治療后，兩組的神疲乏力、腰骶酸痛、乳房脹痛、腹部脹痛和畏寒肢冷癥狀評(píng)分均發(fā)生了很大的變化，均明顯減少（P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol valerate tablets combined with Qilin pill in the treatment of irregular menstruation. Methods： 100 patients with irregular menstruation treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group took estradiol valerate tablets and the observation group took Qilin pills on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results：The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. After treatment， the scores of mental fatigue， lumbosacral pain， breast pain， abdominal pain and chilly limb cold symptoms in the two groups changed greatly and decreased significantly（P
