【摘要】目的：分析初產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦應(yīng)用無(wú)痛分娩的臨床療效及對(duì)產(chǎn)后2h出血量的影響。方法：本次研究選取我院2019年1月—2020年6月收治的240例初產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦展開(kāi)回顧性研究，對(duì)照組120例以常規(guī)分娩為主，觀察組120例給予無(wú)痛分娩，對(duì)比兩組經(jīng)陰道分娩率、產(chǎn)程、產(chǎn)后2h出血量。結(jié)果：觀察組經(jīng)陰道分娩率（83.33%）高于對(duì)照組（65.00%），觀察組剖宮產(chǎn)率（16.67%）低于對(duì)照組（35.00%），觀察組第一、第二、第三以及總產(chǎn)程均短于對(duì)照組，觀察組產(chǎn)后2h出血量低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of painless delivery in primipara and its influence on the amount of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： In this study， 240 primiparas admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected for a retrospective study. 120 cases in the control group were given routine delivery， and 120 cases in the observation group were given painless delivery. The group was given painless delivery， and the vaginal delivery rate， labor process， and postpartum hemorrhage volume were compared between the two groups. Results： The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group （83.33%） was higher than that in the control group （65.00%）. The cesarean section rate in the observation group （16.67%） was lower than that in the control group （35.00%）. The first， second， third and total stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.
