研究糖尿病診斷中常規(guī)檢驗與生化檢驗的臨床效果

【摘要】目的：探究糖尿病診斷中常規(guī)檢驗與生化檢驗的臨床效果。方法：選取醫(yī)院2021年1月—12月收治62例疑似糖尿病患者，分別采用常規(guī)檢驗與生化檢驗，以口服葡糖糖耐量試驗為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，觀察檢驗價值。結(jié)果62例疑似糖尿病患者，采用口服葡糖糖耐量試驗檢出陽性患者58例，檢出率93.55%，陰性患者6.45%；常規(guī)檢驗陽性49例，陰性2例，生化檢驗陽性56例，陰性4例，其陽性檢出數(shù)據(jù)生化檢驗更高；檢驗效能常規(guī)檢驗陽性檢出率，靈敏度，特異度，陽性預(yù)測值，陰性預(yù)測值，診斷符合率82.26%，84.48%，50.00%，96.08%，18.18%，82.26%，生化檢驗數(shù)據(jù)90.32%，96.55%，100.00%，100.00%，66.67%，96.77%，比較檢驗靈敏度，陰性預(yù)測值以及診斷符合率，生化檢驗數(shù)據(jù)更理想（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical effects of routine and biochemical tests in diabetes diagnosis.Methods： 62 patients with suspected diabetes in our hospital from January 31， 2021 to December 31， 2021 were selected. Routine test and biochemical test were used respectively. Taking oral glucose tolerance test as the gold standard， the test value was observed. Results Of 62 suspected diabetic patients， 58 were positive by oral glucose tolerance test， the detection rate was 93.55% and the negative rate was 6.45%. Routine test was positive in 49 cases， negative in 2 cases， positive in 56 cases and negative in 4 cases by biochemical test， and the positive detection data was higher by biochemical test. The positive detection rate， sensitivity， specificity， positive predictive value， negative predictive value， diagnostic coincidence rate were 82.26%， 84.48%， 50.00%， 96.08%， 18.18%， 82.26%， and biochemical test data were 90.32%， 96.55%， 100.00%（P

糖尿病作為臨床多發(fā)性，高發(fā)性慢性疾病，主要以血糖持續(xù)性升高為流行特征，疾病并無法進行治愈只能通過血糖維持保證患者生理正常，針對糖尿病的及時診斷可有效防止疾病加重，引發(fā)多種并發(fā)癥[1]。（剩余3412字）
