地方高校青年教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的困境與對策研究

摘  要：高校青年教師的職業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r決定著其質(zhì)量的高低，而高校青年教師的質(zhì)量關(guān)系著未來幾十年高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量和水平。然而，地方高校青年教師在職業(yè)發(fā)展的道路上卻面臨著內(nèi)憂外患的困境，文章通過多角度的分析，為其職業(yè)發(fā)展指明方向，從而提高其教育、教學(xué)水平，推動地方高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。

Abstract： The professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities determines the level of their quality， and the quality of young teachers in colleges and universities is related to the quality and level of the development of higher education in the coming decades. However， young teachers in local colleges and universities are facing the dilemma of internal troubles and external troubles on their career development. This paper， through multi-angle analysis， points out the direction for their career development， so as to improve their education and teaching level and promote the development of local higher education.
