教師標準助力教師專業(yè)發(fā)展

——兼議《國際中文教師專業(yè)能力標準》的服務功能

提 要 制定教師標準的目的不僅是為了評價教師和組織教師資質(zhì)考試或認定，更重要的是為國際中文教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提供支持?！秶H中文教師專業(yè)能力標準》通過展示教師成長進階、明確教師職業(yè)責任、指引教師發(fā)展路徑，實現(xiàn)助力國際中文教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的服務功能。

The Teacher Standards Promote the Professional Development

—Concurrent Discussion on the Service Function of the Professional Competence Standards for

International Chinese Language Teachers

Abstract The purpose of formulating the Professional Competence Standards for International Chinese Language Teachers is not only to evaluate teachers and to organize teacher qualification examinations or certifications， but more importantly to provide support for the professional development of international Chinese language teachers. The Professional Competence Standards for International Chinese Language Teachers realize the service function of improving the professional development of international Chinese language teachers by demonstrating the progression of teacher development， clarifying the professional responsibilities of teachers， and guiding the paths of professional development of teachers.

一、教師標準的功能定位

2022年8月26日，世界漢語教學學會正式發(fā)布了由教育部中外語言交流合作中心提出的《國際中文教師專業(yè)能力標準》（以下簡稱“《能力標準》”）。（剩余7657字）
