摘要 本碩統(tǒng)籌培養(yǎng)是山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)卓越農(nóng)林人才培養(yǎng)的重要方式之一，它是依據(jù)時代、農(nóng)林高等教育以及學(xué)校學(xué)科發(fā)展需要而進行的改革。探索了山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)在新農(nóng)科背景下的本碩統(tǒng)籌培養(yǎng)模式，探討在這種培養(yǎng)模式下培養(yǎng)卓越農(nóng)林拔尖創(chuàng)新型人才的素質(zhì)架構(gòu)。

Abstract The overall cultivation of undergraduate and master is one of the important ways of cultivating excellent agricultural and forestry ta-lents in Shanxi Agricultural University. It is a reform carried out according to the needs of the times， higher education of agriculture and forestry and the development of disciplines in the university. To explore the overall training mode of undergraduate and master degree in Shanxi Agricultural University under the background of new agricultural science， and to explore the quality structure of cultivating excellent agricultural and forestry top-notch innovative talents under this training mode.
