教師團隊化教學模式在動物生產(chǎn)類實踐課程中的研究與實踐
摘要 教師團隊化指導模式對動物生產(chǎn)類實踐課程的教學起著積極的促進作用。梳理和總結了教師團隊化教學模式的形成原因及特點,從理論與實踐、課內與課外、通識訓練與專業(yè)技能、學校與企業(yè)的角度進行研究和分析,組建形式多樣的教師團隊;進一步深化動物生產(chǎn)類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系的調整,構建實踐教學的可持續(xù)發(fā)展生態(tài)。

Research and Practice of Teacher Team Teaching Mode in Animal Production Practical Courses

Abstract The team-based guidance model of teachers plays a positive role in promoting the teaching of practical courses of animal production. This article sorts out and summarizes the reasons and characteristics of the formation of teachers’ team-based teaching mode, conducts research and analysis from the perspectives of theory and practice, in-class and out-of-class, general training and professional skills, schools and enterprises, and forms various forms of teacher teams;further deepens the adjustment of the training system for animal production professionals, and builds a sustainable development ecology for practical teaching.
