江西省深化集體林權(quán)制度改革的實(shí)踐成效及發(fā)展對(duì)策

摘要 以江西省為例，從林權(quán)流轉(zhuǎn)、森林質(zhì)量、新型林業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體、林業(yè)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)等方面，介紹了江西省深化集體林權(quán)制度改革的實(shí)踐措施和成效，并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了改革中存在的問(wèn)題，提出了未來(lái)發(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議。

Abstract Taking Jiangxi Province as an example， the practical measures and results of deepening the reform of collective forest right system in Jiangxi Province were introduced from the aspects of forest right transfer， forest quality， new forestry management subjects and forestry characteristic industries， the problems existing in the reform were analyzed， and countermeasures and suggestions for future development were put forward.

江西省是我國(guó)南方重點(diǎn)林業(yè)省，林業(yè)用地面積達(dá)1 079萬(wàn)hm2，森林覆蓋率為61.2%，集體林分山到戶率達(dá)82.5%，發(fā)放林權(quán)證613.4萬(wàn)本，產(chǎn)權(quán)明晰率達(dá)98.5%。（剩余9784字）
