大蒜素和肉桂醛在水產(chǎn)飼料中的應(yīng)用
摘要 大蒜素和肉桂醛是一種具有特殊生理功能的植物源天然抗菌劑,近年來作為飼料添加劑在畜禽安全生產(chǎn)中有著重要的意義。從抗菌消炎、促進(jìn)生長、提高畜產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)、提高機(jī)體免疫力以及防止飼料霉變等方面,綜述了大蒜素和肉桂醛替代抗生素的研究進(jìn)展,以期為大蒜素和肉桂醛和在水產(chǎn)飼料中的開發(fā)應(yīng)用提供參考。

Application of Allicin and Cinnamaldehyde Compound in Aquatic Feed

Abstract Allicin and cinnamaldehyde are natural antimicrobial agents of plant origin with special physiological functions.Progress on the substitution of allicin and cinnamaldehyde for antibiotics was reviewed from the aspects of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,promoting growth,improving quality of animal products,improving immunity of organism and preventing mildewy feed,so as to provide references for the development and application of allicin and cinnamaldehyde in aquatic feed.
