水利行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《水量計(jì)量設(shè)備基本技術(shù)條件》編制研究

摘 要：通過(guò)對(duì)水資源取用水水量計(jì)量監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備的產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研分析，結(jié)合當(dāng)前水資源取用水水量計(jì)量監(jiān)測(cè)工作的實(shí)際需求和特點(diǎn)，制定了水量計(jì)量監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備的基本技術(shù)要求和試驗(yàn)要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，本文重點(diǎn)介紹標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究與編制的背景和過(guò)程，闡述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制的必要性以及編制的原則和方法。

Abstract： Based on the investigation and analysis of the product status， current standard status， and practical application status of the water resource water intake metering and monitoring instrument， combined with the actual needs and characteristics of the current water resource water intake metering and monitoring work， the basic technical requirements and test requirements standards of the water quantity metering and monitoring instrument are formulated. This paper focuses on the background and process of the standard research and preparation， and describes the necessity， principles and methods of standard preparation.
