摘 要:食品安全問題關(guān)系人們的生命健康,其中微生物污染是危害較大的問題之一,因此必須加強(qiáng)食品微生物檢測工作。為解決食品微生物檢測實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株管理存在的問題,對微生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株管理的現(xiàn)狀、不足進(jìn)行分析并提出有效解決措施,確保了實(shí)驗(yàn)室對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株的規(guī)范性管理。

Analysis on Management Measures of Standard Strains in Food Microbiological Testing Laboratory

Abstract: Food safety issues are related to people’s life and health, among which microbial contamination is one of the more harmful problems, so it is necessary to strengthen the work of food microbiological testing. In order to solve the problems in the management of standard strains in food microbiology testing laboratories, the current situation and shortcomings of the management of standard strains in microbiology laboratories are analyzed and effective solutions are proposed to ensure the standardized management of standard strains in laboratories.
