紫外可見分光光度計檢定中的誤差分析與控制
【摘要】本文結(jié)合JJG 178—2007《紫外、可見、近紅外分光光度計》檢定規(guī)程,簡單分析了紫外可見分光光度計檢定項目,闡述了紫外可見分光光度計檢定中的主要誤差來源,進一步分析了誤差產(chǎn)生的原因,針對各種誤差來源提出了相應(yīng)的控制方法,以保證紫外可見分光光度計檢定的準確性。

Error Analysis and Control in Calibration of UV-Visible Spectrophotometers

Abstract: This article combines the verification procedures of JJG 178—2007 Ultraviolet,Visible,Near-Infrared Spectrophotometers to analyze the calibration items of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers. It elucidates the main sources of errors in the calibration of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers and further analyzes the causes of these errors. Corresponding control methods are proposed for various error sources to ensure the accuracy of the calibration of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers.
