UV法測定紫草中羥基萘醌總色素含量的不確定度評定及應用

【摘要】對采用紫外-可見分光光度(UV)法測定紫草中羥基萘醌總色素含量全過程進行分析,建立數(shù)學模型,確定影響總色素測定不確定度的因素并對其進行評估。結(jié)果表明,總色素含量測定的擴展不確定度為0.06%,測定結(jié)果表示為(1.69±0.06)%(k=2),能力驗證結(jié)果為滿意。

Determination of Total Hydroxynaphthoquinone Pigment Content in Purple Grass by Spectrophotometry Evaluation of Uncertainty and Application in Capability Verification

Abstract: To verify the ability of UV spectrophotometry to determine the total content of hydroxynaphthoquinone pigments in purple grass, establish a mathematical model, determine the factors that affect uncertainty, and evaluate each factor. Results showed that the expanded uncertainty of the total pigment content determination was 0.06%, and the determination result was expressed as (1.69±0.06)% (k=2), indicating a satisfactory capability validation result.
